Old and regal. Brave and true. Meet our very special 8 year old Belgian Malinois. This big guy has served our community in the most important of ways, to protect and to serve, as part of Woodburns police K9 unit. Recently retired, he has found his way into our heart and home, and into the hearts of all of those who have met him. You would never know that he's a police dog due to how incredibly sweet he is. But make no mistake, he is still a Malinois and in being so, has all the high drive crazy antics that this breed is proudly known for. In his retirement, I am making it my goal to show him as much of the civilian life that I can offer him. He has been to the coast, been on exciting hikes, enjoyed outdoor concerts and even bonfires amongst friends. The adventure continues for this sweet 'ol soul.
