Pooka

She is my 4 year old Belgian Malinois who is my been there, done that kind of dog. Her talent touches into many areas of expertise. 

Pooka is a Certified detection dog, certified through C.N.C.A. (California Narcotic Canine Association). She is imprinted on the odors Marijuana, MDMA, Cocaine, Meth, Heroin as well as Firearms and ammunition.

Pooka and I have served together on contract teams Charon K9 Solutions and C.H.A.I.S. 

Our detection services are available for hire.

She is also trained as an urban and wilderness tracking dog and has been deployed on search and rescue missions.

When Pooka is not aiding our community, she is helping teach client dogs proper dog socialization. She helps build confidence and neutrality whether it's for the hyper-excited dogs, or the fearful and reactive dogs. She is an incredibly stable Malinois! 

On her days off, she is constantly going on adventures; trail running beside my horse, kayaking, travelling on airplanes to out of state adventures, air shows, car shows, festivals and more!
